Once a care plan has been created, based on your needs and personal preferences, our Client Services Team will review our highly recommended staff with you to choose the best candidates to ensure a great match.

After a potential candidate has been identified, we will set up an introductory meeting with you and your health care assistant to meet and review your care plan.

Once you choose and agree on your care plan with your assigned health care assistant, care can begin after signing an agreement and all of your paperwork has been reviewed and processed.
