Personal Care Services (PCS)

Our compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) work under supervision and directly with you to assist with your daily personal care and hygiene needs. Whether you require short term assistance or extended long term care, you can receive support with the following:

  • Daily personal care (bathing, toileting, incontinence care, oral care and dressing)
  • Vital Signs (Blood pressure monitoring, heart rate, pain level, weight and temperature)
  • Mobility Care (Exercise assistance, walking, using devices and transferring)
  • Proper Nutrition (Feeding, fluid administration and healthy food preparation)

 

Under the supervision and guidance of a licensed nurse (RN or LPN), you will be responsible for assisting with direct patient care within your scope of practice. The CNA will ensure optimal patient care as well as provide and maintain a clean and safe environment for patients at their residence.

 

 

Qualifications:

High School Diploma required. Current CNA certification from the State of Georgia in good standing and unrestricted. A minimum of six months continuous and verifiable experience required. Current CPR certification required. Valid driver's license, clean driving history, safe and reliable transportation and proof of current auto insurance. Exceptional oral and written communication skills, professional documentation and computer skills required. Please refer to our patient services section for the clinical skills required.
