Registered Nurse (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Our skilled nursing staff works under the direct supervision and guidance of your Physicians' individualized medical care and home treatment plan.

  • Medical Examinations (Patient checkups, injections and medication administration)
  • Catheter and Colostomy Care (Monitors bladder and bowel function)
  • Diabetes Care (Glucose monitoring, insulin injections and patient education)
  • Medication Administration (Daily reminders, proper documentation and pickup)
  • Wound Care (Post surgical care, sterile dressing change and bandaging

 

Under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse or licensed provider, you will be responsible for providing direct and indirect nursing care to patients and their families. As an integral member of our healthcare team, your duties and patient interaction will be performed in accordance to CarePurpose and the State of Georgia licensing standards.

 

Qualifications:

High School Diploma required. Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing Program with a minimum of two years patient care experience preferred. Exceptional oral and written communication skills, professional documentation andcomputer skills required. Please refer to our patient services section for the clinical skills required.

 

Licensure/Certification:

Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Georgia in good standing. Current BLS and CPR certification required before administering direct patient care.
